Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying, prospecting, and recruiting high-potential selling partners for the company's Marketplace.
  • Leading a portfolio of selling partners to achieve opportunities and goals.
  • Providing data-driven insights and advice to help seller partners optimize their success.
  • Conducting analysis on issues affecting selling partners’ performance and driving improvements.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to align initiatives that support growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard potential selling partners into paid services to enhance availability and price competitiveness across Home and Furniture categories.
  • Manage top sellers in the Home and Furniture categories to drive metrics and contribute to the overall category growth.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's tools and services for efficient adoption across seller partners.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of Sales Experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated Analytical ability through professional experience or education.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to meet stretch goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in account management, product marketing, or management consulting roles.
  • Preferred experience in E-Commerce or Retail/Fashion.
  • Knowledge of advanced Excel, SQL, and sales productivity tools like Oracle Business Intelligence and Salesforce.

Language Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral) are essential.
