You will work closely with C-suite executives to address their key issues, using your technological expertise and business acumen to provide actionable recommendations. Your responsibilities include engaging in all aspects of client projects, typically in teams of 3 to 5 consultants, conducting information gathering and analysis, formulating hypotheses, and developing recommendations. You will present results to client management and collaborate with client teams to implement recommendations, gaining new skills and building on your strengths through exceptional training and mentoring from colleagues.
You will be part of the company, contributing to technology-driven business transformations and working with clients across various industries. Consultants in this role can work on digital-focused projects or blend digital initiatives with broader consulting work, including operations, strategy, and marketing.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- University degree
- 5+ years of relevant work experience post-undergraduate degree
- Functional knowledge in digital technology, IT infrastructure, IT strategy, software development, and cybersecurity
- Strong analytical skills combined with a passion for technology
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in professional or extracurricular settings
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Proficient in communicating complex ideas effectively in English
- Openness to travel at least 30% of the time
