Associate - McKinsey Digital

As an Associate in McKinsey Digital, you will be part of a team working with C-suite executives on solving complex problems. Your role will involve leveraging your technological expertise and business acumen to provide actionable recommendations. You'll engage in all aspects of client projects, working in teams of 3 to 5 consultants alongside experts in various fields.

You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and presenting your findings and recommendations to clients. Qualifications and Skills:

• University degree
• 5+ years of work experience post-undergraduate degree

• Proven leadership experience in professional or extracurricular settings
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in English
• Active involvement in the technology community (e.g., speaking at conferences, blogging)
