You will typically work in teams of 3-5 consultants, helping clients achieve significant improvements in their performance. Your responsibilities will include analyzing, designing, and implementing approaches for enhanced business performance, developing customized solutions, and collaborating closely with clients to ensure impactful and sustainable outcomes. This will encompass data gathering, hypothesis formulation and testing, and producing recommendations for client management presentation, followed by implementation alongside client team members.
As you engage in this dynamic environment, you will acquire new skills and expand upon your existing strengths, receiving exceptional training along with ongoing coaching and mentoring from your colleagues.
Qualifications
- A history of strong academic performance, with an advanced degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an IT strategy consulting firm, a high-performing IT department, or a technology company.
- Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in IT management, business IT strategy, and digital user experience.
- Experience in aligning IT investments with business strategies and determining IT investment priorities.
- Proficiency in IT architecture and technology delivery, including Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Background in functional and applications architecture assessment, development, and implementation.
- Experience with technology-enabled operations, including infrastructure services like cloud, automation, data architecture, advanced analytics, and cybersecurity.
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong general business acumen and understanding of IT trends affecting business strategy.
- Collaborative spirit, with the capacity to be a team player and leader.
