Associate Model Validation

This position is responsible for supporting the MRM team with the day-to-day departmental activities which may include enterprise-wide exercises aimed at assessment of model risk, supporting model governance activities and independent model validation. The role includes supporting the MRM with the tracking and delivery of model validation projects and following up on model governance aspects. It requires foundation-level analytical capabilities, communication, and interaction with all key stakeholders within the company.

• A keen eye for detail and a strong appetite to learn and be tested in different areas.
• A sound work ethic and desire for self-development are essential for success.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated and ability to learn rapidly.
• Strong problem solving, analytical (including qualitative analysis), research, and quantitative skills.
• Computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, R, Python, or SAS).
• Relevant degree in Quantitative aspects such as Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, etc.
