Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies that enhance the customer journey
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and ensure consistency in service delivery
• Analyze data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
• Support in executing marketing initiatives that promote our offerings
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on performance metrics
• Lead projects from conception through execution, ensuring they meet set timelines and objectives
• Assist in training and development of team members to reinforce a high-performance culture

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or operations role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with market trends in the food delivery sector is a plus

Contract and Travel Details
