Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies that enhance the customer journey

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or operations role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with market trends in the food delivery sector is a plus
