Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage home (alpha) test initiatives to identify issues during early stages of product development and assess real-world performance.
- Validate lab test outcomes against design quality for seamless integration.
- Analyze product quality data streams to deliver actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain a leading quality dashboard serving as an early indicator for software and hardware quality.
- Create robust product-level test specifications and conduct detailed requirement analytics.
- Ensure alignment of test specifications before Target Set milestones, supporting design and engineering from concept through post-launch.
- Drive innovation in testing methodologies, including the application of AI/ML and advanced data analytics to enhance detection reliability and efficiency.
- Act as a technical authority within the Test & QA team, collaborating with Development, Operations, Quality, and Design teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Regularly report testing progress and software quality status to senior stakeholders, ensuring effective team communication.
About You:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in product quality or software testing.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
- High proficiency in Python for data manipulation and statistical analysis, with hands-on experience using libraries such as Pandas and NumPy, and visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
- Experience in creating automated dashboards with tools like Tableau or Power BI to translate complex data for leadership.
- Proficient in SQL and experienced with modern cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift).
- Strong understanding of electronics hardware interfacing with software systems.
- Knowledgeable in IOT product software (embedded systems, apps, cloud, and ML).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and schedules simultaneously.
