We are seeking a driven and adaptable Associate Producer (Only Emirati's) to join our fast-moving team. This hands-on, high-visibility role supports the Studio across a range of innovative projects, including high-profile production shoots, immersive technology demos, large-scale public events, and VIP engagements. Your responsibilities will span creative, technical, and operational domains, ensuring seamless operations and helping to shape and share the story of our work.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of complex, high-profile projects in areas such as holographic production, executive demos, tech showcases, and public experiences.
- Assist in managing schedules, logistics, and stakeholder communications, ensuring smooth operations from preparation to delivery.
- Represent the production team with confidence when engaging with VIPs, clients, partners, and senior leadership.
- Track project progress from planning to post-delivery, anticipating challenges and ensuring follow-through.
- Contribute to testing and support of emerging technologies, integrating them into creative workflows.
- Maintain documentation, support procurement and inventory, and assist in organizing team workflows.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in a game, film, creative, or technology-driven production environment.
- Agile and flexible, comfortable in a dynamic, startup-like setting with shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, clear and confident when engaging with stakeholders.
- Organized and proactive, with the ability to drive tasks forward independently.
- Passion for leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance real-world experiences.
- Strong storytelling skills to articulate complex work to clients and teams.
- Eager to learn new technologies and tools, willing to support a broad range of initiatives.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in production, event management, VFX, creative industries, or immersive technologies.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Notion, Trello, Shotgrid, Excel, and Figma.
Language Requirements: Only Emirati candidates are preferred for this role.
