This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both production and creative environments, communicates clearly and confidently, and brings an eagerness to learn, support, and grow. Collaboration with internal teams, clients, partners, VIP guests, and various stakeholders is essential, often in high-pressure situations where professionalism, poise, and initiative are key.
Responsibilities:
- Support planning and execution of complex, high-profile projects across multiple areas including holographic production shoots, executive demos, tech showcases, and public experiences.
- Assist in managing schedules, logistics, stakeholder communications, and on-the-ground coordination, ensuring seamless operations.
- Represent the production team confidently and diplomatically when working with VIPs, clients, partners, and senior leadership.
- Track project progress from planning through to post-delivery, anticipating challenges and ensuring follow-through.
- Contribute to testing and supporting emerging technologies and help integrate them into workflows and event experiences.
- Maintain documentation, support procurement and inventory, and help keep team workflows organized.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in a game, film, creative, or technology-driven production environment.
- Agile, flexible, and comfortable in a dynamic, startup-like setting.
- Excellent communication skills — clear, professional, and confident.
- Organized and proactive with ownership of tasks.
- Passionate about leveraging technology to deliver innovative solutions.
- Strong storytelling ability to convey complex work clearly.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and support various initiatives.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in production, event management, VFX, creative industries, or immersive technologies.
- Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Notion, Trello, Shotgrid, Excel, and Figma.
