About The Program:
Our flagship Builders Program serves as a gateway for aspiring talents eager to kick-start their careers. It accommodates recent graduates, individuals with up to two years of experience, and those seeking internships or co-op opportunities. Participants will engage in significant projects across Product, Engineering, Design, and more during our January and June 2026 cohorts.

Your Role:
We are searching for an Associate Product Designer to join our design team. This entry-level role targets recent graduates passionate about UI/UX, user-centered design, and digital product development. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in designing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (developers and product managers) to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions.
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Conducting usability testing and iterating on designs based on user feedback.
  • Maintaining and contributing to the design system to ensure product consistency.
  • Staying updated with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Your Expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects (academic or personal projects acceptable).
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
  • Basic understanding of user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship experience in UI/UX or product design is a plus.
  • A passion for solving user problems through thoughtful design.
