Associate Product Officer – Liabilities

The Associate Product Officer – Liabilities role is focused on supporting the Department / Unit Head in leading the performance of existing products and launching new products. The successful candidate will manage new projects and key business objectives related to product enhancements and internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Support frontline staff by addressing daily business queries and achieving product development objectives.
• Handle all day-to-day product-related tasks alongside the Product Manager.
• Coordinate with various departments (Sharia, Legal, ITD, ICD, ORM, and Marketing) to ensure smooth operations of products.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team for product-related campaigns and manage marketing collaterals.
• Prepare and provide monthly MIS reports for product tracking and market research.
• Assist in the design, development, and enhancement of products to align with market needs.
• Manage product-related complaints and inquiries effectively.
• Conduct a detailed competition scan for products offered by other banks annually.
• Implement new product proposals and align policies, procedures, and processes with relevant departments.
• Regularly review and update product-related content on various platforms.
• Launch ongoing training programs for frontline staff.

Requirements

• Basic MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of the UAE banking market and competitive offerings.
• Familiarity with project management principles.
• Knowledge of Islamic banking is preferred.
