The Associate Product Operations role is an Individual Contributor (IC1) position within the Product Operations department of the Product division. Reporting directly to the Product Operations Manager, the primary purpose of this role is to contribute to optimizing the overall user experience, enhancing operational processes, and supporting product managers in achieving core objectives.
Key Responsibilities & Activities
- Support senior team members through analytical tasks, research, and information gathering.
- Advise stakeholders on product usage and resolve routine requests and bugs through cross-functional coordination.
- Operationalize the "Voice of the Vendor" by building feedback loops in the product development cycle and translating feedback data into digestible formats for continuous product improvement.
- Assist in product launches and implementations, keeping stakeholders aligned on timelines and critical information.
- Actively participate in testing new features, updates, and bug fixes to enable data-driven decision-making within the Product team.
- Contribute to product roadmaps by articulating clear problem statements derived from feedback and data analysis, identifying potential causes and effects.
Governance, Compliance & Stakeholder Engagement
- Follow all internal policies, procedures, and processes to ensure daily operations are conducted consistently and in a controlled manner.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities across processes and practices while upholding a high-performance working environment.
- Interact with vendors and riders externally while collaborating with various stakeholders within the organization.
Qualifications
- Emirati candidates (having a Family Book).
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Practical understanding of API technology, API testing tools (such as Postman), XML/JSON technologies, and data analysis tools.
