Key responsibilities
We’re looking for someone who can:
- Develop to become a successful Relationship Manager through our training program; reaching (or preferably exceeding) both the financial and educational targets set within the program.
- Build up a client book from your own existing network of wealthy individuals in the Middle East.
- Establish long-term mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
- Continuously grow your network by referrals and by identifying new prospects.
- Acquire the necessary knowledge and sales skills to deliver the value proposition to clients, including timely completion of mandatory trainings and the WM Certificate.
The team
For the Wealth Management Team Arabian Gulf, which is located in the Advisory Office, we are looking for a driven and ambitious personality who is keen to make a positive impact on our clients and the organization. At the same time, we will provide you with an outstanding platform for your professional development while being part of a dynamic and experienced team.
Your skills and experience
- A Bachelor or Master from a leading university/business school with a minimum of 4 years professional experience.
- Good understanding and strong interest in financial markets.
- In-depth market knowledge in Middle Eastern countries with a convincing network of High Net Worth clients.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales skills.
You are:
- A networker and a skilled relationship builder at heart.
- Part of a club, alumni-network, or involved with entrepreneurial activities.
- A collaborative team player who is also independent enough to plan your own activities and put your business plan into action.
- Experience in Wealth Management services is welcome, though not required.
- Language skills: fluent in English; Arabic would be advantageous but not required.
- Curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows, with sound judgment in validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
