Associate Program Manager

About
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of programs across Delivery Experience, Basket Building, and Consolidation initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Tech, Operations, and Business stakeholders to drive program outcomes and contribute to our customers' end-to-end shopping and delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end program management of initiatives across Delivery Experience, Basket Building, and Consolidation workstreams, ensuring timely delivery against defined milestones.
• Track program health by monitoring key metrics, identifying risks, and escalating blockers to senior stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to align on priorities, dependencies, and deliverables, facilitating regular syncs and status updates.
• Assist in defining program goals, success metrics, and mechanisms to measure impact of initiatives on customer experience and business outcomes.
• Prepare clear and concise program updates, reports, and documentation for leadership reviews and team communications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and proposing solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Support data gathering and analysis to inform program decisions and track progress against goals.
