Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from inception to post-completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and stakeholder requirements.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, proactively identifying risks, challenges, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Champion safety and wellbeing, promoting the company's “Safety First” values and HSW framework, sharing lessons learned and best practices.
- Drive collaboration and stakeholder engagement, managing client, consultant, and contractor teams while influencing senior external stakeholders up to C-suite level.
- Oversee programme development, integrating design, procurement, and delivery schedules, ensuring timely sequencing and staging plans.
- Provide subject matter expertise, supporting broader the company's projects and contributing to business development, bidding, reporting, and commercial strategy.
- Lead and develop teams, managing Senior Managers, Managers, and Assistant Managers while fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
- Embed sustainability and digital excellence, aligning delivery with net zero carbon goals, service quality, and the company's strategic priorities.
Qualifications:
- Professional accreditation such as MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE (or local equivalent) with relevant safety certification (e.g., CSCS or equivalent).
- Proven experience in successful construction delivery and demonstrable expertise in project management across complex programmes.
- Degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience/apprenticeship, combined with strong technical knowledge and practical application.
