Associate Project Director - Project Management

This project features extensive infrastructure and built assets, requiring rapid delivery through a hands-on Construction Management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and sub-contract packages.

Responsibilities:

• Lead construction delivery across giga-projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and governance.
• Develop procurement and packaging strategies for complex infrastructure and civil works.
• Manage the full tender lifecycle, collaborating with design and commercial teams to meet milestones.
• Engage with contractors, managing production, procurement, and design coordination.
• Apply FIDIC contract expertise and pricing models to support contract execution.
• Negotiate terms with the supply chain to mitigate risks and secure value.
• Blend main contracting and consultancy experience with strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications:

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or equivalent.
• Professional membership, e.g., MCIOB (or equivalent).
• Middle East experience is an advantage.
