Responsibilities:
- Lead construction delivery across giga-projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and governance.
- Develop procurement and packaging strategies for complex infrastructure and civil works.
- Manage the full tender lifecycle, collaborating with design and commercial teams to meet milestones.
- Engage with contractors, managing production, procurement, and design coordination.
- Apply FIDIC contract expertise and pricing models to support contract execution.
- Negotiate terms with the supply chain to mitigate risks and secure value.
- Blend main contracting and consultancy experience with strong stakeholder management.
Qualifications:
- Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or equivalent.
- Professional membership, e.g., MCIOB (or equivalent).
- Middle East experience is an advantage.
