Position

The company combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. We are looking for an Associate Project Director to drive programme delivery for external clients, ensuring performance, compliance, and achievement of KPIs. This role includes providing strategic oversight, analysis, and governance to achieve successful outcomes with accountability for objectives and budgets up to £6 million in the company Fee.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion safety first, ensuring exceptional standards in quality, cost, programme, and compliance.
  • Successfully deliver key assignments and assets, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives.
  • Actively lead, network, innovate, and seek understanding of best practices, utilising the resources of the company Group.
  • Commit to making a positive impact for our people, clients, and planet, holding others accountable to uphold the company values.
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, managing budgets, design, procurement, construction delivery, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Drive collaboration and innovation, aligning strategies with sustainability and digital excellence.
  • Provide expert guidance, governance, and continuous improvement to achieve programme success.

You’ll Need To Have:

  • A degree with professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent).
  • Proven expertise in project delivery and programme management within the property or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience leading large, diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of sustainability and carbon strategies shaping future projects.
