Responsibilities:
- Champion safety first, ensuring exceptional standards in quality, cost, programme, and compliance.
- Successfully deliver key assignments and assets, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives.
- Actively lead, network, innovate, and seek understanding of best practices, utilising the resources of the company Group.

- Lead end-to-end project delivery, managing budgets, design, procurement, construction delivery, and stakeholder expectations.

- Provide expert guidance, governance, and continuous improvement to achieve programme success.
You’ll Need To Have:
- A degree with professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent).
- Proven expertise in project delivery and programme management within the property or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience leading large, diverse teams.
- Knowledge of sustainability and carbon strategies shaping future projects.
