Associate Project Engineer-Emirati Talents

About the Role
In this role, you will support engineering activities for various project sizes and complexities, under the guidance of senior engineers. Your focus will be on completing tasks cost-effectively while adhering to contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, as well as cybersecurity policies and standards. You will leverage your expertise in data collection to aid in the production of engineering designs.

Work Model
This position is onsite and contributes to Automation - Energy Industries in Abu Dhabi, UAE, involving collaboration with stakeholders such as customers, contractors, suppliers, project managers, and engineering colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
You will be mainly accountable for:

• Performing survey work, standard computations, analysis, and basic design tasks.
• Exercising judgment on limited details of work and applying standard methods to prepare project documentation within your scope of deliverables.
• Assisting customers with technical issues and interacting with official contacts, contractors, and other team members related to your deliverables.
• Supporting communication related to specific assignments or meetings.
• Participating in workshops focused on engineering design, tools, and processes.
• Coordinating with Commissioning/Service functions to ensure the designs are installed and commissioned appropriately, if applicable.
• Updating engineering deliverables post installation and commissioning, if relevant.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A basic understanding of Automation systems.
• A passion for teamwork and problem-solving.
• Strong customer collaboration and communication skills.
• A degree in Engineering.
• Competence in communicating in both English and Arabic with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.
• 0-2 years of related experience.
