Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Liaison:

    • Ensure legal requirements and permits are obtained timely.
    • Liaise with clients, business partners, and project team members.
  • Reporting:

    • Provide systematic reports on project progress to supervisors.
    • Identify potential problems and suggest solutions.
  • Project Follow-Up:

    • Produce status summaries and track approvals and payments.
    • Gather information for cost estimation and prepare quotations per project.
  • Site Coordination & Follow-up:

    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality.
    • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to resolve on-site issues.
  • Design & Technical Support:

    • Prepare design layouts and presentations using AutoCAD and/or SketchUp.
    • Coordinate with the design team to ensure document updates reflect site progress.
  • Contracts & Procurement Support:

    • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of contract documentation.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in design coordination or project delivery, preferably in luxury sectors (retail, F&B, or hospitality).
  • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or equivalent experience in Project Management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of design and construction processes from concept to completion.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of procurement, contracting, and site execution workflows.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
