Your Responsibilities:
- Execute projects according to contract scope, schedule, and conditions.
- Review contracts and understand terms, conditions, and associated risks.
- Plan, monitor, and control project activities proactively.
- Develop project schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation according to ISO and internal requirements.
- Interface with engineering and customers for timely approvals.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding project issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent interactions.
- Prepare and submit project progress reports.
- Monitor and document change requests and assess risks proactively.
- Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests and manage invoicing processes.
- Oversee project closure activities and handover processes.
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 2 to 7 years of experience in project execution of GIS or Substation projects.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to convince stakeholders.
- Capacity to work under pressure while delivering projects.
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
