Associate Project Manager

As an Associate Project Manager with Hitachi Energy, you will be part of the High Voltage Business team. In this role, you will lead the execution of medium to large and moderately complex GIS projects, ensuring all activities align with Hitachi Energy's policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, and requirements for health, safety, and the environment, while also meeting financial targets and schedule commitments.

Your Responsibilities:

• Execute projects according to contract scope, schedule, and conditions.
• Review contracts and understand terms, conditions, and associated risks.
• Plan, monitor, and control project activities proactively.
• Develop project schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation according to ISO and internal requirements.
• Interface with engineering and customers for timely approvals.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding project issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent interactions.
• Prepare and submit project progress reports.
• Monitor and document change requests and assess risks proactively.
• Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests and manage invoicing processes.
• Oversee project closure activities and handover processes.

Your Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2 to 7 years of experience in project execution of GIS or Substation projects.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to convince stakeholders.
• Capacity to work under pressure while delivering projects.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
