Key Responsibilities:
- Execute projects according to contract scope, schedule, and conditions.
- Review sales contracts and understand their terms, including risks to margin and performance.
- Plan, monitor, and control project activities such as scope, time, and cost.
- Develop and manage project schedules, document lists, and maintain updates.
- Execute processes in SAP, upholding ISO documentation standards throughout the project cycle.
- Act as the main contact for customers regarding project issues and escalations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent interaction and build trust with clients.
- Prepare and submit project progress reports as required by contracts.
- Monitor change requests and manage approvals for scope changes and extensions.
- Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), logistics, invoicing, and project closure activities.
- Communicate project status to internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.
Your Background:
- A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is preferred.
- 2 to 7 years of experience in executing GIS or Substation projects, including design, supply, and installation of high-voltage equipment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to negotiate and convince stakeholders.
- Capability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality and cost.
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
