Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the project team, establish project execution approaches, and oversee project hand-over, execution planning, monitoring, and control activities for internal and external resources to achieve project goals.
- Monitor project progress and efficiently utilize resources. Control project financials and oversee invoicing, costs, expenses, and cash flow.
- Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risks, ensuring opportunities are identified and pursued.
- Drive formal acceptance of the project, ensuring contract closure and acknowledgment from the customer.
- Procure all required services, materials, and equipment, which includes supporting negotiations, claims, and project changes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a key contact for customers and as an escalation point for project issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Uphold the company's core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for actions while caring for colleagues and the business.
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering.
- 2+ years of related experience.
- PMP certification.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic is required.
