Associate Project Manager

About the Job: The Energy System Project Manager will lead the execution of projects, ensuring that all related activities adhere to company policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety, and environmental requirements, as well as financial targets and schedule commitments. The role includes supporting the organization in process improvement to continually enhance project execution effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the project team, establish project execution approaches, and oversee project hand-over, execution planning, monitoring, and control activities for internal and external resources to achieve project goals.
• Monitor project progress and efficiently utilize resources. Control project financials and oversee invoicing, costs, expenses, and cash flow.
• Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risks, ensuring opportunities are identified and pursued.
• Drive formal acceptance of the project, ensuring contract closure and acknowledgment from the customer.
• Procure all required services, materials, and equipment, which includes supporting negotiations, claims, and project changes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a key contact for customers and as an escalation point for project issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
• Uphold the company's core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for actions while caring for colleagues and the business.

Your Background:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• PMP certification.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic is required.
