Key Responsibilities:
- Execute projects according to contract scope, schedule, and conditions.
- Review contracts and understand the associated risks impacting margin and performance.
- Proactively plan, monitor, and control project activities in Scope, Time, and Cost.
- Develop and finalize project schedules with stakeholders and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Execute process activities in SAP and ensure compliance with ISO requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with Engineering and customers for approval of drawings and resolution of issues.
- Serve as the main escalation point for customer issues and maintain commitments in accordance with contracts.
- Seek to enhance customer satisfaction through consistent engagement.
- Prepare project progress reports for customers as specified in contracts.
- Monitor change requests from customers and manage approvals for project scope modifications.
- Identify risks proactively and develop mitigation plans.
- Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and manage dispatch, invoicing, and installation operations.
- Report project status to internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulations.
Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
- 2 to 7 years of experience in project execution of GIS or substation projects, or similar.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Capability to work under pressure to achieve project delivery timelines, costs, and quality.
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
