The work model for this role is Hybrid - Onsite and at the company office, primarily contributing to the Automation Business Area, Process Industries Division, Mining & Materials Business Line in Saudi Arabia and extending to other GCC countries. Key stakeholders include mining and cement manufacturers.
Your Responsibilities
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Leading the project team allocated to the project.
- Preparing Bill of Materials (BOM) and supporting procurement.
- Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.
- Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risks, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
- Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.
Qualifications for the Role
- Highly skilled in and enjoy working with Project Management Tools and methodologies in Automation & Electrical Engineering Projects in the Process Industries sector.
- A proven track record of 5 years of experience in Project Engineering or Project Management.
- Enhanced knowledge and advanced skills in project scheduling, progress monitoring, and procurement tools.
- Innovative in using the latest tools to perform risk assessment and capture opportunities.
- Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Automation Engineering with extensive knowledge and proven experience in Electrical/Automation Projects.
- Proficient in Arabic and English communication.
- Preferably holding a PMP Certification.
