Associate Project Manager

About the Job:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Energy System Project Management Experienced Professional to join our team. In this role, you will lead the execution of projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with company policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, and schedule commitments.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Support the organization in process improvement to continually increase the effectiveness of project execution.
• Lead the project team, establish the project execution approach, and oversee project hand-over, execution planning, monitoring, and control activities for both internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
• Effectively monitor and control project progress and efficient resource utilization.
• Monitor and control project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, costs, expenses, and cash flow.
• Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risks, ensuring that all opportunities are identified and pursued.
• Drive the formal acceptance of the project, including contract close-out and acknowledgement by the customer.
• Procure all required services, materials, and equipment from external and internal suppliers, including support for negotiations, claims, and project changes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as the key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues.
• Work independently with general supervision, influencing others within the job area through the explanation of facts, policies, and practices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
