How You’ll Make An Impact:
- Execute projects as per contract scope, schedule, and contractual conditions.
- Review contracts received from sales to understand terms and conditions including risk awareness related to margin and performance.
- Plan, monitor, and control project activities proactively, including execution planning and project handover.
- Develop and freeze project schedules with stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project master document lists.
- Execute process activities in SAP while maintaining documentation per ISO and internal requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering and customers for timely approvals of drawings and resolutions of project-related queries.
- Serve as the single point of contact and escalation for customers regarding project issues.
- Monitor and document change requests and manage related approvals.
- Proactively evaluate and identify project risks, implementing mitigating actions and preparing specific management plans.
- Coordinate factory acceptance tests and ensure timely dispatch and invoicing.
- Report project status to internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.

Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is preferred.
- 2 - 7 years of experience in project execution of GIS projects, substation projects, or related areas.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Capability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
