As an Associate Quality Assurance professional, you will be tasked with monitoring and ensuring the quality standards of Fresh Produce Products. Your key responsibilities include:
- Reading blueprints and instructions to comprehend quality expectations
- Selecting output samples and checking them using appropriate methods (measuring dimensions, testing functionality, comparing to specifications, etc.)
- Using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges for accurate measurements
- Analyzing test results and inspection data to identify deviations or non-conformities
- Reporting inspection findings to address quality issues and corrective actions
- Following established quality assurance procedures and protocols
- Building and maintaining secure relationships with store employees and managers

Requirements
- Proven experience as a quality inspector or relevant role in the Fresh Produce Industry (Retail or Distribution)
- Knowledge of produce quality inspection techniques and procedures
- Familiarity with measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Understanding of QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing inspections
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues
- Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English and Arabic
