Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative IT solutions that align with clients' strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver advanced services in cloud computing, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and contact center operations.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored digital solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and practices, including ISO certification processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IT solutions to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development of strategies that support national development goals across key sectors including Government, Healthcare, Education, Customs, and Transportation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT services and solutions implementation.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, cybersecurity protocols, and AI applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on client engagement and relationship management.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and digital transformation best practices.
