About the role: As an Associate in Quality, Risk & Security for Client Acceptance, you will play a vital role in Deloitte's commitment to impact and excellence. You will follow established KYC/AML processes for new and existing clients/vendors, conduct due diligence, and perform AML risk assessments to identify potential risks and operational issues. Your strong written and verbal communication skills will be essential as you engage with key stakeholders and communicate compliance-related findings. In this position, you will manage the centralized KYC mailbox, ensuring accurate and timely responses to queries, while also contributing to a culture of compliance and risk awareness within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow established KYC/AML processes in accordance with Deloitte policies.
  • Conduct AML risk assessments and identify 'red flags.'
  • Comply with internal policies and assist in Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews.
  • Communicate effectively with teams regarding compliance functions.
  • Engage with stakeholders across Deloitte to improve processes and knowledge sharing.
  • Manage and respond to queries in the centralized KYC mailbox.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred work experience in a similar role.
  • Strong strategic thinking and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
