Associate - Resource and Vendor Management

About the Role
In this position, you will play a vital role in driving digital transformation projects aimed at empowering both businesses and government entities in Qatar. You will work collaboratively within a team of exceptional Qatari and international IT professionals to develop and deliver innovative technology solutions that align with the strategic goals of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for technology-driven solutions.
• Design and implement end-to-end IT solutions across various sectors, including Government, Healthcare, Education, Customs, and Transportation.
• Ensure that all solutions are developed in compliance with ISO standards and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the adoption of agile methodologies across projects.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies to inform solution development and enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT services and digital transformation, preferably in sectors relevant to our clientele.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and contact center excellence.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team and maintain a customer-centric approach.
• Relevant professional certifications will be considered an asset.

Contract and Travel Details

• This role is a full-time position.
• The position may require occasional travel within Qatar to meet with clients and stakeholders.
