Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for technology-driven solutions.
- Design and implement end-to-end IT solutions across various sectors, including Government, Healthcare, Education, Customs, and Transportation.
- Ensure that all solutions are developed in compliance with ISO standards and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the adoption of agile methodologies across projects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies to inform solution development and enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT services and digital transformation, preferably in sectors relevant to our clientele.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and contact center excellence.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team and maintain a customer-centric approach.
- Relevant professional certifications will be considered an asset.

Contract and Travel Details
- This role is a full-time position.
- The position may require occasional travel within Qatar to meet with clients and stakeholders.
