We are looking for a seasoned BDR/SDR or BDM with coaching/leadership experience, or someone early in their Team Lead experience (preferably SaaS or Digital background) to join our Dubai-based team. The successful candidate will report to the SDR Team Lead and will work closely with respective sales team managers to enhance the sales development process and manage the SDR team's day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop the team through close collaboration with each member.
  • Hold weekly team meetings and regular discussions with internal stakeholders.
  • Provide weekly updates to ensure goals and KPIs are exceeded.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with each team member.
  • Partner with sales team managers to ensure new acquisition targets are met.
  • Influence new strategies to optimize workflow and enhance team efficiency.
  • Shadow the SDR Team Lead and Sales Team Leads to develop new strategies for business growth.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of Enterprise sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry.
  • Customer service mindset with experience dealing with enterprise clients.
  • Exceptional analytical skills for market and team performance data.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving skills for customer complaint resolution.
  • Highly computer literate – adept at Google Sheets and Slides.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a science major.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
  • Experience in real estate, media, tech, software, advertising, and/or marketplace-based businesses is a plus.
