Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in technical support inquiries related to specified security products.
- Analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Documenting support cases, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Collaborating with team members for issue escalation and learning.
- Participating in the creation and maintenance of the knowledge base for common issues and solutions.
- Staying updated on cybersecurity trends and product updates.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of network architecture, computer systems, and security protocols.
- Strong interest in cybersecurity and a desire to learn about identity management and endpoint protection.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Exposure to or interest in technologies such as:
- Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco)
- Microsoft PKI (Public Key Infrastructure)
- Email Security (Proofpoint)
- DLP Solutions (Proofpoint and Forecpoint)
- nCipher HSM (Hardware Security Module)
- Tripwire Enterprise
- Broadcom Symantec SEP, EDR, CAS
- Broadcom IGA (CA Identity Manager Suite)
