About the Role
We are looking for an Associate – Senior PMO Coordination to support project governance, coordination, reporting, and administrative activities across multiple projects and programs.

Responsibilities
The Associate – Senior PMO Coordination is responsible for providing comprehensive project governance, coordination, reporting, and administrative support across multiple projects and programs. The role works closely with Project Managers, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure projects are executed in accordance with established methodologies, governance frameworks, and organizational standards.

• Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, resource utilization, and project performance metrics.
• Ensure timely preparation of reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Serve as a central point of coordination, facilitating communication among stakeholders.
• Track project activities, support decision-making processes, and drive compliance with PMO procedures.

Qualifications
The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate project documentation, and provide proactive support to ensure successful project delivery and operational effectiveness.

• Proficiency in Arabic language is mandatory.
