About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Charles River Analyst to strengthen our team in Riyadh, working on a maintenance project for a large customer in Saudi Arabia (KSA). In this role, you will provide first-line technical and functional support for the Charles River (CR) application and associated technical services. Your responsibilities will include user support across front and back offices, technical maintenance of the application, and involvement in the delivery of key change initiatives for the bank.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical and business support for the Charles River Investment Management System.
- Deliver first-line technical support for product lines for Technical Support, Field Support, and customers.
- Create and maintain troubleshooting guides to assist Technical Service staff in resolving customer inquiries quickly and efficiently.
- Analyze, map, and adapt product functions and workflows to meet client needs.
- Offer engineering troubleshooting assistance to customer support teams and other development teams within Charles River.
- Proactively manage risk; ensure adherence to all policy and compliance requirements; perform controls; and escalate any events, issues, or breaches as they arise.
- Demonstrate professional and ethical behavior by ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards, and internal operating policies and procedures.
Mandatory Skillset
- Minimum of 7 years of working experience in Charles River Functional Support.
- Proven ability to provide technical and business support for the Charles River Investment Management System.
- Experience in delivering first-line technical support for product lines for Technical Support, Field Support, and customers.
- Skill in creating and maintaining troubleshooting guides to aid Technical Service staff in customer inquiry resolution.
- Competence in analyzing, mapping, and adapting product functions and workflows to align with client needs.
- Proficiency in providing engineering troubleshooting assistance to customer support and development teams within Charles River.
