The Builders Internship & Co-Op track is tailored for those eager to apply their knowledge in a dynamic and high-performance environment. Interns will engage in significant projects, gaining ownership and real-world experience that extends beyond traditional internships.
As a Product Engineer Intern, you will work within squads developing products used by millions. This role promotes learning across five competency pillars: Impact & Scope, Technical Capabilities, Product Thinking, Delivery & Execution, and Developing Self & Team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver well-defined tasks and small features by following established patterns with mentorship.
- Write clean, readable code and participate in code reviews.
- Understand user stories behind your tasks to connect technical work to customer impact.
- Take full ownership of tasks throughout the development lifecycle.
- Actively seek help and clarity when facing challenges.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and stay curious about the company's business model.
Your Expertise:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts and a willingness to learn languages and frameworks, including Java or Golang.
- Foundational knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- A product-minded approach with genuine curiosity about the purpose behind development work.
- Effective communication skills and teamwork ability.
- High motivation for continuous learning and development.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
