Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking recent graduates and early career professionals interested in jump-starting a technical career as an Associate Solutions Architect. AWS TechU is a 12-month accelerated workforce development program focused on helping you build technical and professional skills. The program features a six-month cohort-based training followed by six months of on-the-job training. You will complete specialized curriculum, shadow AWS experts, and receive coaching to help you succeed in your new role.

Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Solutions Architect, you’ll help your customers successfully implement cloud technologies by:
- Solving complex, technical challenges to enable customers to focus on their business.
- Crafting scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures.
- Driving technical solution discussions with customer teams.
- Building relationships to understand our customers and influence various stakeholders.
- Acting as a technical advisor to ensure short-term technology decisions align with long-term goals.
- Educating the community by sharing best practices, presenting at events, writing blogs, and running workshops.
- Contributing to shaping the direction of AWS products and services by gathering customer feedback.

Requirements
- A current student graduating in 2025 or a recent graduate (0-2 years).
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Interest in learning about and delivering cloud-based solutions to customers.
- Experience or interest in programming languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, Node.js, C#, or C++.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
- UAE National with family book.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals including security, storage, or databases (Relational and/or NoSQL).
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, ELB, RDS, VPC, Route53, and/or S3.
- Experience in implementing cloud-based technology solutions through projects or work experience.
