Associate Solutions Engineer - CSAP

The Associate Solutions Engineer position is part of the the company Sales Associates Program (CSAP), designed to develop high-potential individuals into Technical Sales Champions over a period of 12 months. Candidates will begin their training in Bedfont Lakes, London, and then transition to Dubai for on-ground experience. This program combines immersive training, practical assignments, and mentorship alongside a diverse cohort of peers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the company Associate Sales Representatives to provide technical solutions that drive business outcomes across areas like Collaboration, Security, Networking, and Cloud.
• Participate in boot camp training and rotational assignments for real-world technical sales experience.
• Utilize advanced learning platforms and artificial intelligence to design technical solutions and make informed strategic decisions.

Minimum Requirements:

• A technical degree (Engineering, Computer Science, STEM), or relevant real-world proof of technical curiosity (e.g., home lab, certifications, side projects).
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Legally authorized to work in the UAE without company sponsorship.
• Willingness to relocate to Bedfont Lakes, London for 12 months of training.

• An AI-native mindset and a passion for networking and software (Java/Python).
• Strong emotional intelligence and analytical resilience for solving complex challenges.
