The company Sales Associates Program (CSAP) invites applicants for the position of Associate Solutions Engineer in Saudi Arabia (KSA). This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a structured training environment, beginning with a year of training in Bedfont Lakes, London, and followed by relocation to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you will join a diverse cohort of talented individuals across the EMEA region. The training program is designed to enhance your skills through immersive experiences, including AI customer simulations and mentored on-the-job activities. You will work closely with the company Associate Sales Representatives to provide technical solutions that drive business outcomes across various domains, including Collaboration, Security, Networking, and Cloud.
The program structure includes:
- Months 1-3: Intensive Bootcamp training at Bedfont Lakes.
- Months 3-12: Three rotational assignments that provide real-world technical sales experience.
- Post-12 months: Transition to a Solutions Engineer role in Riyadh, focusing on discovering, demonstrating, and designing solutions for complex customer challenges.
Minimum Requirements:
- A technical degree (in Engineering, Computer Science, or STEM) or relevant experience demonstrating technical curiosity (e.g., through home labs, certifications, or side projects).
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Legally authorized to work in Saudi Arabia without company sponsorship.
- Willing to relocate to Bedfont Lakes (London) for training.
