As a member of the Support organization, you will focus on delivering post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. Your responsibilities will include resolving non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as addressing technical questions related to the use of and troubleshooting for Electronic Support Services. As a primary point of contact for customers, you will facilitate customer relationships with Support and provide advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.

Responsibilities:
- Leverage Oracle cloud/OnPrem technologies appropriately using best practices.
- Serve as the Oracle Solution Delivery authority, ensuring informed decisions regarding scope for beneficial solutions.
- Provide technical guidance on Oracle cloud and/or on-premise solutions to customers and Oracle team members to underpin successful delivery.
- Support solutions around multi-cloud and hybrid cloud setups.
- Ensure successful handover from Implementation to operations, ensuring the implemented solution meets customer requirements.
- Maintain Oracle solutions to meet customer demands.
- Work closely with the Technical Account Manager to ensure technical management of individual work streams.
- Be a contact for new business opportunities by supporting the presales team.
- Identify and promote opportunities for sales of Oracle products and services to support business growth.
- Contribute actively to strategic programs and initiatives.
Language Requirements:
Applicants are required to read, write, and speak English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Experience in advising on cloud solution design, implementation, and delivery.
- Proficient in designing and developing Oracle cloud solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical staff.
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- A positive, resilient, and creative attitude with an open mindset for challenges.
- Ability to break down complex problems and make suitable assessments and recommendations.
- Keen to learn new cloud technologies using training opportunities and lab resources.
