Associate Support - IT (Graduate Hiring - Emirati Talent)

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Support and assist the IT teams with daily tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of IT issues, solutions, and system configurations.
• Install and configure computers (Thin clients, VDIs, WVDs, Laptops, and physical machines).
• Respond in a timely manner to requests and incidents.
• Support and assist DBA with reporting tools.
• Frequently check ticketing systems (Service desk portal) for incoming requests; vet requests thoroughly, evaluate, and route them to the corresponding team members.
• Maintain, monitor, and conduct daily checks on systems.
• Follow ITIL Service Management Practices and adhere to relevant procedures and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Resilient, driven, and ambitious.
• Creative and courteous.
• Willingness to participate and work on weekends as needed.
