Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and support the deployment of hardware and software to end users, including installation, configuration, and testing of firm hardware.
  • Manage provisioning and deprovisioning processes for hardware/software for new hires and separating employees.
  • Assist with repair and software reinstallation to resolve end user incidents.
  • Address incidents related to standard end-user software and hardware, including mobile devices.
  • Analyze technical problems to identify sources and prevent future occurrences.
  • Provide after-hours support for escalated issues as needed.
  • Perform asset management activities in accordance with firm policy.
  • Assist with off-site technology support for firm-sponsored events.
  • Liaise effectively with all levels of end-users and IT personnel to resolve issues impacting productivity.

  • Strong analytical skills to tackle escalated end-user incidents.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • A customer service-oriented attitude with the ability to work collaboratively.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Approximately 2-4 years of experience in end-user technology support.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
