We are seeking an Associate User Researcher to assist our design and product teams in understanding user needs and behaviors. This entry-level position is perfect for fresh graduates interested in human behavior, usability, and design research. Your work will involve gathering insights that drive the development of user-friendly digital products.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and conducting user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability tests.
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with designers and product teams to enhance user experiences based on research findings.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and research reports to communicate findings.
- Stay updated on UX research methods, trends, and best practices.
Experience: Minimum internship or co-op training experience in user research; a maximum of 2 years of experience is preferred.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of user research methods, usability testing, and survey tools is required.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate research findings into design recommendations.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Forms, Hotjar, UsabilityHub, or Lookback.io is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
