Responsibilities
- Flexibility to work from our client's site in Riyadh 5 days a week
- Work with the product development team on developing various equity valuation products/features for the financial advisory industry
- Oversee/review complex portfolio valuations, equity waterfalls, and various financial and statistical models
- Manage multiple clients independently and interact with them (private equity/venture capital/etc.)
- Provide demos and oversee proof-of-concept assignments for prospective clients
- Oversee/review portfolio valuation-related projects, business research, and valuation projects
- Enhance relevant sources of data to fuel analysis by our AI-powered platform and evaluate the quality, cost, and coverage of these databases
- Train the Product and technology team in important concepts in valuation, business research, and corporate finance to develop effective algorithms and workflows
- Oversee testing of the overall platform performance and measure accuracy to suggest improvements
- Deliver in-depth research reports on various companies and funds across diverse industries and countries
- Train and lead the functional team on all aspects of valuations, product development, project management, and client engagement
Qualifications
- Graduate or post-graduate qualification in Finance/Statistics
- CA/CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience at a top-tier valuation firm (e.g., Big 4)
- Strong client-facing skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Excellent critical thinking and time management abilities
- Solid understanding of Financial Statements and analysis
- Advanced research skills
- Familiarity with various methodologies and approaches of valuations, cap tables, and allocation waterfalls
- Knowledge of metrics used by Private Equity in decision-making
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Contract and Travel Details
- Flexibility to work from the client's site in Riyadh 5 days a week.
