About the Role
As an Associate Vice President (AVP) – Business Development, you will lead business expansion for your assigned territory. You will operate as a Co-Founder for your region, responsible for developing the local market, acquiring clients, building strategic partnerships, and creating sustainable revenue streams.
You will have the freedom to build your territory while leveraging the company's brand, business model, technology, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-specific business growth strategies.
- Generate new business opportunities across assigned industries.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, startups, and strategic partners.
- Drive sales for the company's products and services.
- Lead negotiations and close business opportunities.
- Build and mentor local business development teams as the territory expands.
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and business forums.
- Achieve agreed revenue and growth targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and recommend expansion strategies.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, Consulting, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong local business network within your territory.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build businesses from the ground up.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive measurable outcomes.
- Experience in Recruitment, HR, Staffing, AI Solutions, EdTech, Consulting, or B2B Services will be an advantage.
Investment Requirement
This is a Co-Founder leadership opportunity.
Selected candidates will be expected to invest in developing their assigned territory. The investment demonstrates long-term commitment toward building the business and expanding the company's presence in the region.

Benefits
Revenue Sharing Model
This role does not include a fixed salary.
Instead, AVPs participate in a revenue-sharing model based on the business they generate.
Important to Note:
- Revenue generated by your territory will be shared with you as per the agreed revenue-sharing model.
- Existing company clients, revenue streams, and ongoing business remain with the current business teams.
- Newly onboarded AVPs will build and grow their own business portfolio.
- Revenue participation begins only from the business generated within your assigned territory after onboarding.
