Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute a forward-thinking digital strategy aligned with the bank’s growth objectives, leveraging MarTech and analytics to fuel digital acceleration.
  • Spearhead the evaluation, deployment, and optimization of Marketing Technology platforms to ensure seamless integration with marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the end-to-end digital analytics function—collecting, analyzing, and translating data into actionable insights that shape marketing campaigns and elevate user experiences.
  • Oversee the bank’s website operations, including CMS governance, workflow management, and timely content updates to ensure a frictionless digital journey.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics to extract insights and optimize campaign and website performance through data-driven strategies.
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Looker Studio to monitor KPIs and guide strategic decisions.
  • Manage the bank’s mobile app marketing through AppsFlyer—onboarding partners, generating insights, and enhancing app performance.
  • Collaborate with SEO agencies and internal teams to strengthen the bank’s digital footprint across web and local search platforms.
  • Ensure accurate campaign tracking and data integrity by managing tag deployment and UTM implementation via Google Tag Manager.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on analytics, website management, and app marketing.
  • Proven expertise in SEO strategy, pixel implementation, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Power BI, Google Data Studio, and CMS platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of mobile app measurement tools, especially AppsFlyer.
  • Familiarity with tools like Optimizely for experimentation and optimization.
  • Strong technical acumen in campaign tracking and tag management.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally and with external partners.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into impactful strategies.
