Associate Vice President – Payments Processing Hub

Join our team as you lead the end-to-end payments processing function in the UAE, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and within agreed service levels. You will authorize various payment types, including SWIFT payments and vendor payments, and oversee accounting entries and reconciliations. Your role involves monitoring performance metrics, settling approved invoices, and preparing management reports. You will also investigate and resolve payment exceptions and prepare for audits while seeking opportunities for process improvements and automation.

To be successful in this position, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline, along with a strong understanding of banking operations and proven experience in high-volume payment environments. We require a UAE National with Family Book, alongside excellence in stakeholder management and a customer-focused approach.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within Accounts Payable or Payments Operations, handling significant payment volumes and values.
