Key Responsibilities
- Transform how we work: Lead People Transformation initiatives that simplify, standardise, and redesign processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Make HR smarter: Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve services, and introduce innovative digital solutions.
- Power the technology: Lead the enhancement and optimisation of HR platforms, including Oracle Fusion HCM, and ensure technology works for our people and the business.
- Turn strategy into action: Build transformation roadmaps, operating models, governance frameworks, and change plans that move ideas into delivery.
- Own the journey: Manage major transformation programmes from planning and implementation through to stabilisation and benefits realisation.
- Shape the employee experience: Lead initiatives that strengthen employee experience, engagement, and workforce effectiveness.
- Listen and act: Own the end-to-end Employee Survey programme, from planning and vendor management to deployment, analysis, reporting, and action planning.
- Turn insight into impact: Use HR data, workforce analytics, and dashboards to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Keep improving: Look for smarter, simpler, and more efficient ways of working across the People function through process improvement and automation.
- Bring people together: Partner with senior leaders, People teams, Technology, vendors, and implementation partners to drive transformation forward.
- Make change stick: Build engagement and adoption around new systems, processes, and ways of working.
- Keep us on track: Establish strong governance, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure initiatives meet internal, audit, and regulatory requirements.
What Do You Bring?
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Organisational Development, or a related field.
- Strong experience across People/HR Transformation, HR Technology, Digital Transformation, Employee Experience, or HR Operations.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programmes and major technology implementations.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS/HCM platforms, ideally Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Experience managing complex projects, transformation roadmaps, and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of process improvement, automation, and change management.
- Ability to use workforce data and analytics to support better decision-making.
- Confidence working with senior leadership, Technology teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Experience within financial services or another large, complex organisation would be an advantage.
- A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification would be an added advantage.
