How You’ll Contribute
In your role within the ACE team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that align with the execution of work requests. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Managing and executing the process workflow from initiation to final review, collaborating with team members of varying experience and expertise.
- Personal development through active participation in services and acquiring the necessary skills for delivering high-quality work efficiently.
- Delivering services within agreed deadlines while accurately tracking time spent on tasks through a timesheet system.
- Collaborating with colleagues across all Middle Eastern offices on client engagements and internal projects.
- Staying current with trends in service delivery both regionally and globally, relevant to the company’s operations.
- Working together with colleagues from different countries on standardized services, ensuring compliance with established user guides.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role is ambitious and proactive in seeking growth opportunities. You will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Completion or pursuit of a professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, ACA, or CPA (preferred).
- 0-1 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills suitable for thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent organization and project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written) is advantageous.
- Skills in business development and client relationship management.
- A readiness to challenge conventional methods and contribute to building a cohesive, effective team.
- Familiarity with audit technologies and experience using data analytics tools is a plus.
