About the Job:
As a Senior Associate in the Digital Audit business unit at the company, you will play a critical role in providing assurance services related to SAP systems, specifically focusing on IT general controls (ITGC) and business process controls (BPC). You will support engagements, collaborate with clients, and provide expert guidance on SAP-related risks and controls. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading engagements related to SAP ITGC and BPC, including planning, scoping, execution, and reporting.
- Assessing the design and operating effectiveness of ITGC within SAP environments.
- Evaluating the design and operational effectiveness of business process controls within SAP applications.
- Developing and executing testing procedures to evaluate the implementation and operation of ITGC and BPC controls.
- Identifying control deficiencies and providing recommendations for remediation and enhancement.
- Communicating audit findings to client management effectively.
- Collaborating with client personnel to provide guidance on best practices regarding SAP ITGC and BPC controls.
- Staying updated on emerging trends and regulatory requirements related to SAP systems.
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements:
- A degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Completion or pursuit of a professional qualification (CISA, CISSP, CPA, CISM, CRISC, or a Master’s degree).
- 3-5 years of experience in IT auditing, risk management, or consulting, focusing on SAP systems and controls.
- Strong understanding of SAP applications, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP GRC, and SAP Security.
- Proficiency in SAP ITGC and BPC frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership abilities.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
