In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Product Owner and Team Lead within an Agile team, transforming business needs into technical requirements and participating in the design and development of services and components.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Implement rich web interface development using JavaScript, HTML-5, CSS3, VueJS, and Angular.
- Develop software components with Java, Maven, Vert.X, Spring Boot, and REST.
- Participate in Continuous Integration responsibilities including Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, Git, Jira, and Sonar.
- Oversee the deployment of code and ensure best practices are followed.
- Engage actively in Agile team processes and technical decision-making.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation.
Work Experience Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with hands-on development in Java and web user interface technologies.
- 2+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of SOA, microservices, cloud-native architectures, DevOps, SDLC, and OOP design best practices.
- Proficiency in Agile software development tools such as GIT, Ansible, Docker, JIRA, Jenkins, and Artifactory.
- Technical writing experience in English.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in English is mandatory; candidates fluent in French and/or Arabic are preferred.
Qualifications, Certifications & Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Preferred certifications in Java, Linux, DevOps toolset, and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience in Air Traffic Control or avionics is beneficial.
